Conditional Love Legal Disclaimer
There are lawsuit-happy crazy people out there, so in order to protect you and ourselves, we will need your agreement on the following legal matters:
By selecting "Enter Sweepstakes", you hereby confirm and acknowledge to Conditional Love, LLC, and its officers, members, affiliates and designees (collectively, the "Company") your agreement and acceptance of all of the following statements:
(1) Any money, property or service contributed by you (each a "Contribution") in connection with the proposed future film project currently entitled 'Conditional Love' (the "Project") is considered by you to be a non-refundable, non-tax-deductible, non-exchangeable gift;
(2) Any Contribution accepted by the Company is considered by the Company to be a gift and not payment, income, revenue, or profit of any kind;
(3) Your Contribution is not in any way a loan to or an investment in the Company or the Project and does not entitle you to any form of equity or participation in the Company or Project;
(4) The Company has no obligation to inform you of any revisions, updates, or other modifications to the Project, including the plot, the story, the characters, the treatment, the script, or any other elements of the Project;
(5) The Company is not obligated to provide you with any goods, services, or anything of value in exchange for accepting your Contribution. Being chosen as a winner of the role of extra or with tickets to the Premiere of the project or any other perks/ prizes offered do not constitute an exchange and is a separate function of the production;
(6) Your Contribution will not be returned to you under any circumstance, including if the Project is not produced;
(7) The Company assumes neither responsibility nor liability for any Contributions it accepts, delivered via this website, or otherwise;
(8) The Company, at its sole discretion, may credit you in the Project's ending credits (or credit you in another manner), but the Company has no obligation to do so;
(9) All Contributions are transferable by the Company, which may allocate, disburse and distribute such Contributions in its sole discretion, to produce the Project, or otherwise;
(10) Your making of a Contribution to the Company will not create any right for you to raise any legal claims against the Company or the Project or claims related to future projects and/or endeavors which may or may not be in existence at this time.
(11) If you are chosen as a winner of the role as an Extra, or the recipient of (2) tickets to the Premiere, the Company will provide lodging and airfare within the continental United States ONLY. All other expenses will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
(12) In the event that the project is not produced, there will NOT be drawings held for the prizes / perks listed for any of the donation levels, as those items will not exist.
